David Morris MP has welcomed news that unemployment in Morecambe & Lunesdale has fallen and is currently at 4.5% which is below the North West average.
Morecambe & Lunesdale MP David Morris said:
“I am pleased to see that the number of claimants in Morecambe & Lunesdale is 120 lower than in August 2012 and 64 lower than in July 2013. I hope that unemployment continues to reduce here in Morecambe & Lunesdale.”
